No, all of our prices are exclusive of VAT.

Standard Flags & Double Sided Flags, what’s the difference?

A standard flag is where ink is applied to the front bleeds through to produce a mirror image on the back. This is the most popular method.

A double sided flag is where ink is appled to the front and back using heavy duty materials to produce ‘correctly’ orientated image on both sides.

How tall are the flags?

The height we list of our site is the total height of the flag and pole. For example, the large feather flag is 4.7m, from the base of the pole to the very highest point on the flag.

Does it cost more for a colour flag?

Nope, the costs you see cover full colour or black and white printing so there’s no need to hold back on the design!

When can I have my flag?

On average our turnaround times are 6 working days from proof approval and payment received, once your flags are ready we use a next day courier so it arrives asap. Obviously there are various factors that can affect this such as quantity or size of flag but we will make sure you are kept up to date with timings.

What’s in the box?

With a standard order of one flag you will receive one full colour printed flag, one pole set, one flag base and one carry bag.

What are your delivery costs?

Delivery is FREE to mainland UK on all orders over £150.00, otherwise it is only £15.00. Please get in touch if you wish to ship to an alternative location.

What do you mean by standard/double sided?

A standard flag has been printed on one side, the ink goes into the fabric giving a mirror image on the reverse. For a double sided flag we print two seperate sides which are then stitched together so that no matter which side it is viewed from it always reads the correct way.

Why do double sided flags cost more?

Contrary to belief, we need to use twice as much material on a double sided flag. This ensures there will be no showthrough so either side can be read without interference from the other.

I have some artwork, how can I send it to you?

For smaller files up to 10mb the easiest way is to email them to us at Larger files can be uploaded to file transfer sites such as and emailed to (we accept no responsibility for content on third party websites)

How long will the flag last?

A polyester flag will have a lifespan of between 3-6 months, depending on usage. This can be extended by taking the flag indoors overnight.
Most flag manufacturers, including ourselves do not offer a warranty flags, due to the variable nature of the weather.

What material are your flags made from?

We use high quality 100% knitted polyester to print onto which is lightweight enough to use for a flag, yet provides a great surface for printing vibrant colours.

Can I wash my flag?

Yes you can! Just be sure to wash it at 30º with a mild detergent to remove stains. Please make sure that the detergent used is designed for colour. For more information on keeping your flag in good condition see our flag care page.

It’s raining! Will my flag be waterproof?

You can leave your flag outside come rain or shine. After the first time there may be some slight staining, this is just excess coating on the flag and will easily wash out at 30º with a mild detergent. However, a wet flag is a heavier flag, and can increase wear and tear, as well as pick up particulate matter from the air.
